Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Women In Crypto. By using our platform you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using joinwic.com, creating an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and affiliates.
2. About WIC
Women In Crypto (WIC) is an online education platform founded by Ifeoma Augustina Inya-Agha. We offer courses, live sessions, and community features focused on Crypto Trading, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, Trading Psychology, and Leadership. WIC is headquartered in Enugu, Nigeria.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use WIC. By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Course Enrolment and Payment
Course access is granted upon confirmed payment. We currently accept bank transfers (Naira and USD) and card payments via Paystack where available. For bank transfer payments, enrolment is activated after an admin reviews and approves your payment proof (typically within 24 hours). For automated payment methods, enrolment is instant. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) based on your location. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect already-confirmed orders.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment for all courses, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email info@womenincryptoandbusiness.com with your order reference. Refunds are not available for: • Courses more than 7 days after purchase • Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed • Live session registrations (non-refundable once the session has aired) • Gift course purchases Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, materials, branding, and text on WIC are owned by Women In Crypto and protected by copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access course content for your own learning only. You may not: • Share, resell, or distribute course content • Record or screenshot course videos for distribution • Use WIC branding without written permission • Reverse-engineer any part of the platform
7. Student Conduct
You agree to use WIC only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in community spaces or live session chats • Impersonate any person or organisation • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform • Use automated bots or scrapers WIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
8. Affiliate Program
Participation in the WIC Affiliate Program is subject to additional terms. Commissions are held for 7 days and paid weekly via Paystack Transfer to your registered bank account. WIC reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is detected. Commission rates are set at WIC's sole discretion and may be changed at any time.
9. Live Sessions
Live sessions are hosted at scheduled times. WIC does not guarantee that sessions will always run on time or that they will be recorded. Access to past recordings (where available) is at WIC's discretion. Live session content is covered by the same intellectual property terms as course content.
10. Disclaimers
WIC courses are for educational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Crypto trading and investing involve significant risk of loss. Past results do not guarantee future performance. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WIC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WIC and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course that gave rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation first, and if unresolved, by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Enugu State, Nigeria.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of WIC after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
